Meet the Chef
While his technique is firmly rooted in the classics, Danny Jack is influenced by the likes of Ottolenghi and Moro, frequently borrowing big flavours from non-European cuisine and placing qualities of seasonality, locality and provenance at the forefront of his food.
Danny Jack's residency is Studio Z in Brixton. In addition to regular pop-ups and collaborations including Sunday Papers Live catering London Weddings, supporting the next generation of chef through his series; Sundays at Studio Z, local projects in Brixton and initiatives such as a Summer Garden Party series cooking outdoors for pensioners in Tower Hamlets.
Studio Z
Studio Z is our culinary home in the heart of Brixton, South London. A truly unique venue offering 2,000 sq ft of multi-purpose event space, all housed underneath a disused railway arch.
Providing bespoke menus for a wide range of private and corporate events within the main studio space, we also have an adjoining kitchen and dining space at the rear, suitable for more intimate, smaller gatherings.
